Unable tO Create/Update Tasks from Agent Dashboard When the Responsibility is having Depot Repair Menu Access (Doc ID 2111471.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to add / view / update SR tasks,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerExceptions


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to apps
2. Navigate to Customer Support Specialist responsibility -> Customer Support -> Agent Dashboard.
3. Create New SR or open existing SR
4. Under tab Resolution and Wrap Up try to create task with any task type.
