R12.2.5 Error When Accessing Customer Credit Profiles Tab (Doc ID 2111559.1)

When attempting to access the profile tabs for customer number XXX at Site Number XXX
the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log onto receivables
2. Query up customer number XXX
3. Navigate to Site number XXX
4. Click on the Profile tab

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access profile tab for this customer at this site
