Unable To Load Element Entires Via Seeded BEE Batch Process When Employee Has A Future Dated Term (Doc ID 2111758.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Element Types, Links, Entries

BEE errors when attempting to load PTO element entries for employees that have a future dated termination. When the employee does not have a Final Process Date populated the BEE batch validates fine. When there is a Final Process Date populated the validation ends in error.

  Variable CALCULATION_DATE not initialized at line 128 of PTO_INELIGIBILITY_CALCULATION
  Cause: An attempt has been made to use a local variable before it was initialized. This is normally detected by the verifier, but in certain cas.....

2. Run process to validate and get errors
