POI 850 ORA-00001: Unique Constraint (ont.oe_customer_info_iface_all_u1) Violated (Doc ID 2111790.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run POI for just one customer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
 Program level ECE_INBOUND.INSERT_INTO_PROD_INTERFACE: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and try again.
 SQL error message ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_CUSTOMER_INFO_IFACE_ALL_U1) violated.
  Insert failed for document(s).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ECommerce Gateway
2. Run POI for this customer
3. Go to "Staged Documents' > Click on the sub folder for POI > 'Inserted FAiled'
4. See there are over 600 failed orders for this customer
