OTM Integration: Choose Ship Method on Sales Order Line Not Calling OTM Server (Doc ID 2111812.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Integrations & Conc. Program

While on the sales order line, perform the action of selecting a Ship Method for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM):
Sales Order Line -->Action--> "Choose Ship Method".
This does not return the list of Ship Methods to choose from.

The debug log of the process shows the following:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Create Sales order
3. Navigate to Sales Order Line
4. Select Action--> "Choose Ship Method"
