Symptoms

When applying patch 19558309,ARXLAAAD.ldt failed with following errors

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/<XLA_TOP DIR>/patch/115/import/xlaaadrule.lct(120.31.12010000.9), /<XLA_TOP DIR>/patch/115/import/US/ARXLAAAD.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /<XLA_TOP DIR>/patch/115/import/xlaaadrule.lct(120.31.12010000.9) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /<AR_TOP DIR>/patch/115/import/US/ARXLAAAD.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (XLA_AAD AR , XLA_JLT_ACCT_ATTRS EXCHANGE_DATE ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (XLA_JLT_ACCT_ATTRS EXCHANGE_RATE , XLA_ACCTG_METHOD_RULES S UNITED_STATES_FEDERAL S MFAR_FED_AR_ACCRUAL_BALANCING ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error parsing the generated plsql wrapper statement ORA-06550: line 703, column 8:
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "OUTPUT_FLEX_VALUE_SET_NAME": invalid identifier
ORA-06550: line 696, column 7:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
