Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
When attempting to set wip parameters the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with work in process responsibility
2. Navigate to WIP> Discrete > Setup> parameters
3. Try to set parameters
