Symptoms

In Buyers Work Center, when inviting suppliers to a negotiation, the following error occurs:

    You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator.

 

After enabling FND Diagnostics, the details page shows the following Java exception:

1. PO Responsibility

2. Buyer Work center -> Negotiations

3. Click on Negotiation Number

4. Click on ADD INVITEES -> GO -> Invite Suppliers
