On : 12.2.4 version, Requisitions

When attempting to submit requisition import even there is no any interface records in table po_requisitions_interface_all and po_interface_errors
the following error occurs.

Program was terminated by signal 11

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. truncate table po_requisitions_interface_all and po_interface_errors
2. submit requisition import
3. Find the requisitions are not imported and remain in the interface - some are IN PROCESS
