Item Description on Manage Tax Page of Requisition Form Does Not Default From Item Description of PR Line (Doc ID 2112432.1)

Symptoms

In Buyer Work Center, when managing tax from requisition,

Line Description is not shown from Lines table for Requisitions.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Line Description should be shown from Lines table for Requisitions.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing responsibility.
2. Navigation - > Purchase requisitions -> Purchase requisitions
3. Create a Purchase Requisition
4. Select 1 line, update item description as XYZ
5. Go to Tools > Manage Tax
6. Open the line, find item description on line 1 is not XYZ
   The system displays wrong Description, the value should come from requisition line description.
