Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2.4, Online Patching issues

Running the command adop phase=abort fails with following error:

aijctrlGetFipUtilName:Error while selecting machine_name from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES
AutoPatch error:
SQL-02112: SELECT..INTO returns too many rows
Error calling aijctrlGetFipUtilName()

And when query to FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES shows,

select * from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
