Not Able to See Other Persons Reports after Upgrading to R12.2.4

On : 12.2.4 version, Workflows & Business Events

User Management was setup to view Other users requests from a specific responsibility as per Note.804296.1. It was working in R12.0.6. Recently the instance was upgraded to R12.2.4 and it is not working after upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Top menu called View> Requests


 Upgraded to 12.2.4
