Issue With Profile Option AMS Admin Group

User has been removed from the 'AMS Admin Group' but the change is not reflected within the instance. They are still able to access, and update offers when
they should not be able to. As suggested the user has already run the 'AMS - Group Access Refresh Program' and 'Maintain Current Groups and Roles' programs.
The issue still persists.
