Documents tab on Setup Workbench is missing after upgrade to 12.2.x

In 12.1.x , Setup Workbench shows "Documents" tab for creating Document Categories, Document Attribute groups, Document Lifecycles, Document Workflows.


In 12.1.x , People and Roles Page shows "Synchronize with OCS" button



 Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.2
