Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Actual Cost Process
When attempting to run OPM Actual Cost Program, the following error occurs:

Log file shows the following:
CM$AC_EXCLUDE_NEG_INV_BAL is 0
CM$MAX_ITERATION_LIMIT is 200
CM$COSTING_TOLRNC_LEVEL is 1
Reached maximum allowed iterations 200
cost calculation of products in circular refrence terminated26-FEB-2016 05:34:07
200 iterations performed for batches with circular reference26-FEB-2016 05:34:07

Customer normally has many batches with circular references but does not normally get this kind of error.
