Java Exception Error Occurs When Attempting to 'Add Another Person' in Self-Service > Benefits (Doc ID 2112642.1)

When attempting to 'Add Another Person' in Self-Service Benefits, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to 'Benefit Self-Service for Administrators' responsibility.
2. Select 'Benefits' function.
3. Find desired employee and click on 'Action'
4. Choose 'Session Date' (for example, current session date) and click 'Next' button
5. On the 'Dependents and Beneficiaries' page click on 'Add Another Person' button.
Error occurs.
