Symptoms
Upgraded Usage Tracking 3.6.1 to 12.1.0.2.
When connecting to Knowledge Center (http://servername/KCenter) the following error message occurs:
The current user does not exist in Knowledge Center and cannot be added.
Please see your Knowledge Center system administrator.
