DESCRIPTION OF THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY

The reports Payables Posted Payment Register and Payables Posted Invoice Register show no data. However, both reports have XML data output.
STEPS OR EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE ISSUE OCCURRING

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Payables Manager responsibility
2. Run Payables Posted Payment Register or Payables Posted Invoice Register
