Unexpected Error Encountered When Opening A Quote From Supplier Sourcing

On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation
When attempting to view quote details from sourcing supplier login for a deleted RFQ, the following error occurs.

STEPS To REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Purchasing Super User > Buyer Work Centre > Negotiations -> Create an RFQ
Add a line with no attributes:
Add at least one supplier.
3.Login as supplier using Sourcing Supplier responsibility and create a quote/bid.
5.As the RFQ owner, close the RFQ.
6.Unlock the RFQ.
7.Award the RFQ by Quote
8.Submit for approval.
10.Create purchase order in Incomplete status
11.Delete purchase order as testing of negotiations is complete.
12.Navigate to Sourcing Super User > Sourcing > Sourcing Home Page > Administration tab > Cancel / Delete Negotiation.
14. Go back to Negotiations homepage and search the RFQ to confirm it’s been deleted:
15.Login as a supplier to confirm if the RFQ has been deleted.
16.Still as a supplier, open and view the RFQ by clicking on the RFQ link (i.e. 7011).
17.Click on the quote link to open the quote (i.e. 11009). The error page displays.
