Error encountered "RCV_ROI_PREPROCESSOR.preprocessor-sqlcode: -54" when attempting to perform putaway for a LPN from MSCA (Doc ID 2112762.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform putaway for a Licence Plate Number (LPN) from Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), the following error occurs.

ERROR
RCV_ROI_PREPROCESSOR.preprocessor-sqlcode: -54
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in RCV_ROI_PREPROCESSOR.preprocessor. The SQL error is ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In MSCA, go to Tasks->Directed Tasks->Directed move->Move any LPN
2. Enter/Scan LPN into which the receiving transaction has been performed
3. Hit "Drop"
4. This error message comes up
