Split Order Line Has Wrong Price, Pricing Quantity and Pricing Unit of Measure

On : 12.1.3 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

Line 4.1 of a sales order was split by system but neither of the lines have correct list price for the item.

Copied original order.
Changed item number in line 4.1 and saved.
Finds that the pricing UOM is null for line 4.1.
Manually split the order line 4.1.
Line 4.2 has pricing quantity = -99999 and the pricing UOM is null.
How is it that the pricing quantity changes to -99999 and the pricing UOM is null for this new line created through the line split?

Expects the pricing quantity to be populated with a positive value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
