Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module Upgrade from 11i.

Unable to query some inactive customers from the User Interface (UI) in Receivables after upgrade from 11i.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
Query an inactive customer and no results are found
