Incorrect HKID And Area Code Of Employee’s Residential Address Format In IR56B XML Format

On Production: 12.1.3 Rup8 version, Hong Kong Payroll

HKID of Employee includes open and close bracket i.e.
 Hong Kong Island

According to spec.(P.6, 7),
1. For the format of HKID of Employee and Employee's Spouse, open and close bracket before and after the check digit must be excluded. Space or hyphen must not be inserted between the alpha and the numeric characters.

2. The maximum number of characters of the field "Area Code of Employee's Residential Address" is 1 only as which is inputted in the field "Area Code Employee's Residential Address" (H - Hong Kong Island, K - Kowloon, N - New Territories and F - Foreign).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit IR56B XML program
2. Check output

The issue has the following business impact:
The XML file will be generated by user in March and send to Inland Revenue Department of HK.
It’s company obligation to send the file to Inland Revenue Department. Failure to do so, it’s a serious offence with a fine of $10,000.
