Unable to Update Assigned Category Codes From Invalid Code to Valid using INCOIN (Doc ID 2113344.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Master/Org Item Form(INVIDITM.fmb) can update assigned category codes from invalid code to valid code normally.
However, Item Import (INCOIN) program cannot update as same and complete with error with INV_ICOI_INVALID_CAT_NAME.

Expected Behavior
INCOIN can update assigned category codes from invalid code to valid code normally.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a item with Category Code:RADIOLOGY
    (N)INV > Items > Organization Items
