We have created an operation with 2 activities, Setup and Run. The Setup Activity is set for 15 MIN per EACH at a fixed rate. The RUN activity is set at 15 MIN per 1 EACH at a proportional. the Formula is set to produce 1 each. A recipe was configured with the formula, and a routing with just the one operation on the routing. When the batch is created the expected time from planned start to planned complete should be 30 min. It is only showing 15 min. We have tested this under the following conditions: 1. Operation has a primary and a secondary resource on each of the activities with one activity resources rate at fixed, and the other as proportional. 2. The Operation has a primary and secondary resource on both activities and both rates are set to proportional. 3. the Operation has only 1 primary resource on both activities and the rate is set to proportional for one, and fixed for the other. 4. the operation has only 1 primary resource on both activities and the rate is set to proportional for both. It only calculates the time based on the primary of the first activity. We agree it should only calculate the time on the primary resource, but it should do this for both activities. See the attached screen shots.
