ORA-20001 and APP-FND-02902 Multi-Org Profile Option is Required When Transferring Additions For Specific Ledger In FA (Doc ID 2113983.1)

Symptoms

Unable to transfer additions events for a specific ledger from FA to GL.  When running the accounting program, only depreciation and retirement journals are transferred to GL but not the additions.

Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Assets shows the following error


Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02902: Multi-Org profile option is required. Please set either MO: Security Profile or MO: Operating Unit profile option. has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Other > Request > Run > Create Accounting / Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Assets
