Web "404 NOT FOUND" Error When Click On License Manager Link in GTM Email (Doc ID 2114059.1)

When create an agent to send an email when a GTM License get created, in the sent email, the "License Manager" link once clicked it gives the following web error:


Steps to replicate:

1. Define an agent to send an email once a GTM License get created
2. Create a GTM License
3. In sent email received when click on the "License Manager" link, it gives web "404 Not Found" Error
