Symptoms

 The Cost Manager is processing in the wrong order.

Specific details for the Cost Manager not processing in the correct order are as follows:

1.  When performing the WIP completion the cost manager is performing the cost in the wrong order
After applying RUP 12 for inventory and WMS the cost manager does not cost the items in the right order.

2.  WIP Issue and WIP Completion transactions were good before applying RUP 12 patches.   After applying the patches, cost are not good.
