APXXEER Form : Expense Report Data Not Deleted From Distribution Table When One of the Entered Line Is Deleted (Doc ID 2114509.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Expense Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering expense report in APXXEER form , after deleting one of the entered lines, data in expense report lines gets deleted but distribution table is not getting updated accordingly.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should delete data from expense distributions table as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create expense report with 2 lines and save
2) See data from backend in expense header (ap_expense_report_headers_all), lines (ap_expense_report_lines_all) and distribution (ap_exp_report_dists_all) table
3) From front end (using FROMS) delete one line and save
4) Query the expense header (ap_expense_report_headers_all), lines (ap_expense_report_lines_all) and distribution (ap_exp_report_dists_all) table
5) Line deleted from the expense lines table BUT it's not deleted from distribution table.
