File Upload Fails for HTTP Server Tier with Error 'Backend Server not responding', 'Request Entity Too Large', or 'Request body no files data length is larger than the configured limit' (Doc ID 2114575.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2.4, HTTP Server for Applications Technology issues

Receive any of the following error messages from the HTTP server (iAS) when loading files:

"Request Entity Too Large
The server is refusing to process the request because the request data is larger than the server is willing or able to process, or the resource /OA_HTML/OA.jsp does not allow the method POST specified."

"Request body no files data length is larger than the configured limit (1048576).. Deny with code (413)"

"Backend Server not responding; state: reading status line or response headers from WLS (wrote? Y read? N); not failing over because method not idempotent"

 

Changes

 Uploading documents which are larger than previously needed or required.
