Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Endeca based search issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG became invalid after application of <Patch 21631162:R12.PO.D>. 

After compiling getting the following error:

APPS ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG
PL/SQL: ORA-4063: view "APPS.ICX_CAT_ENDECA_ITEMS_V" has errors

APPS ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

Compiling the view:

ORA-00904: "ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG"."LOAD_CONTENT": invalid identifier
ICX_CAT_ENDECA_ITEMS_V


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG should not be invalid

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <Patch 21631162:R12.PO.D>
2. Check that ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG is invalid
