Log And Notes Window Shows FRM-40735 When Length Of Task Note Is Close To 2000 Char. (Doc ID 2114680.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

 Log and Notes window shows the following error when length of Task Note is close to 2000 char.

"FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open Service Request Form.
2.Create new Request (or open an existing one).
3.Click on Tab ‘Tasks’.
4.Create a new Task (or navigate to an existing one).
5.Click on button ‘Task Notes’.
6.Enter a new task note with a note text of exactly 2000 characters (=maximum
7.Close the notes window.
8.Click on button ‘Log and Notes’
The ‘Log and Notes’ window opens. But it does not show the new task note. Instead, we see an error message in the status bar: “FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502
