Oracle EBS Mobile Application Keeps Looping to Log in Page

On : 12.2.4 version, Mobile Applications

Oracle EBS Mobile Application - Person Directory, cannot log into App.
Once user name and password is captured goes in a loop and goes back to sign in screen.

It is expected the user will see their information or be able to locate co-workers information

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement Mobile Person Directory
2. Employee Logs in
3. App returns to the log in screen without displaying any data.
