DFF LOV Windows Do Not Appear On the Edit and Submit Requisition Page in Oracle iProcurement

Symptoms
In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.4, on the Edit and Submit Requisition page, clicking the list of values (LOV) icon for any of the descriptive flexfields (DFF) results in nothing happening. The LOV window does not appear.
It is expected that the LOV windows will appear when the LOV icon is clicked by the user. Due to this issue, users cannot use the list of values to select the appropriate flexfield values.
There are no errors occurring; however, when the browser console log is enabled, errors are seen:
ReferenceError: _agent is not defined
SyntaxError:missing ; before statement
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using an iProcurement responsibility.
2. Add a non-catalog request item to cart.
3. View Cart and Checkout.
4. In the Shopping Cart pop-up window, click the Edit icon.
5. On the Edit and Submit Requisition page, select the context value for the requisition header-level DFF. Then, click on any of the LOV icons for the other DFF fields. The LOV windows do not appear on the screen.
