Using Purchasing, Version 12.1.3


Actual:
When attempting to open, close or create purchase orders, the forms are not opening. It is just spinning.

Expected:
Expect that the forms should be opening properly, as well as other functions should be working correctly.

Error:
FRM-40735: when button trigger raised unhandled exception.
ORA-6508 


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to open the purchase order form - does not open. Spins.
2. Attempt control actions and error is encountered.


Other:
Database has been upgraded to a higher version, example 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2.
