AR Receipts Register does not return data the first time is executed (Doc ID 2114963.1)

Symptoms

When running Receipt Register the report output shows *** No Data Found ***

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Control > Requests > Run

  1. Single Request
  2. Query Receipt Register
  3. Parameters:

      enter the other parameters as needed.

 Trace shows that same sql statement gives different results when executed at different times.  

Changes

Recently upgraded database to 12.1.0.2
