Need To Be Able To Change Default Value For Authoring Flow Step (Doc ID 2115094.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.4 version, Create, Update, Authoring Flow

Actual Behavior

Users do not have the ability to change the default value for the Authoring Flow Step. Currently the default value is set to Solution Rejected.

Expected Behavior

Expect to have the ability to set the value to Ready for Publishing

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Knowledge Base System Administrator
(N) Knowledge Management > Knowledge > Authoring
Click on Create Solution
The Authoring Flow Step defaults to Solution Rejected
