Symptoms
Automatic Withholding Tax(AWT) is not getting calculated when the invoices are paid using Payment Process Request(PPR)
Steps:

1. Setup Payables to Calculate AWT at Payment time
2. Create Invoices in 2 different operating units subject to AWT
3. Submit PPR to make Payments
Business Impact:

Vendors will be overpaid.
