When attempting to load the file using American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program, the following error occurs.

ERROR:

oracle.adf.share.config.ADFConfigFactory findOrCreateADFConfig
INFO: oracle.adf.share.config.ADFConfigFactory No META-INF/adf-config.xml found
The Line 1 does not have 3000 characters. Please resubmit this program with a correct data file from American Express.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program with a specific Card Program Name.
2. The concurrent program ends in Error and the log shows the message error from above.
