Symptoms

After Release 12.2.4 upgrade, Solutions in Top Solutions display invalid characters.

Steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. iSupport Business User

 - Support > Top Solutions (Recommended or Frequently Used)

Changes

Upgrade to Release 12.2.4.
