Symptoms

An error occurs when syncing the MFS Multi Platform client

Error:

Exception while loadSyncerrInfo:sync Id:893-null is not an object (evaluating 'sql.toUppercase')

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install MFS app
2. sync
3. Error occurs for some users
