Why is there No Data In List of Values When Trying To Select Equipment For Move In Yard Management? (Doc ID 2115370.1)

Why is there no data in List of Values (LOV) when trying to select Equipment for Move in Yard Management ?

From the mobile device, user is attempting to execute a user-driven equipment move.  
The Move Equipment page first asks for the SCAC code of the equipment.  
Whether user enters in the SCAC code or attempts a Ctl-L to get list of values, it returns "No result is Found".  

Go back to Yard Mobile User > Move Equipment
Enter the SCAC and get error "No result is found"

User has Created Check-in under Yard Management, and gets confirmation that Check-In completed successfully,
