Loans Period for First Installment on Amortization Tab is Incorrect if Using the Sysdate for Loan Start Date (Doc ID 2115676.1)

Symptoms

When a Loan is created using the Sysdate as the start date and the sysdate as the first payment date, the Period in the Amortization schedule is incorrect.

Example:

Created Loan
  Start Date 26-FEB-2016
 
Interest Rate Tab
  Changed first payment to Start Date 26-FEB-2016

Amortization Tab -
  First Payment due on 26-FEB-2016

Period Dates for first installment is incorrect

  Period 26-FEB-2016 - 25-FEB-2016
  Due Date 26-Feb-2016
 

Period Dates for next installment and all others are correct:
Next Payment checked - Due 26-Mar-2016

  Period 26-FEB-2016 - 25-MAR-2016
  Due Date 26-Mar-2016
