Symptoms

The below errors are received in the LibraryLoader log file after upgrade to UPK 12.1.0.2:

"oracle.manageddataaccess.client.oracleexception: ora-00001: unique constraint (odserver.pk_original_location) violatedora-06512: at "odserver.delete_doc", line 42ora-06512: at line 1"

and

"2016-02-29 01:31:10 ERROR System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ODSERVER.PK_ORIGINAL_LOCATION) violated
ORA-06512: at "ODSERVER.DELETE_DOC", line 42
ORA-06512: at line 1 (Fault Detail is equal to An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:
Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ODSERVER.PK_ORIGINAL_LOCATION) violated
ORA-06512: at "ODSERVER.DELETE_DOC", line 42
ORA-06512: at line 1
at Gkn.OnDemand.Repository.Content.RemotableExceptionHelper.HandleServerSideException(Exception ex, Boolean throwIt) in "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Took export of ODSERVER & ODSERVER_APP from 11g DB.
2. On the new host, Installed 12c DB and UPK 12 server and developer client.
3. Did an IMPDP of ODSERVER & ODSERVER_APP dump taken from old system (i.e., 11g) into the newly installed system.
4. Ran the installer again.
5. Developer and Server is installed but Library didn't load and hence in the about of the application we get Only Developer version and not Library version.
