Israel Localization: "CLE Index Escalation Set" is not Present in Purchase Order Summary Form (Doc ID 2115915.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Israel Localizations, in  Purchase Order Summary Form , the menu "CLE Index Escalation Set" is not present.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Click on Purchase order summary menu
(Navigation: Purchase order >Purchase order summary)
3. In Find purchase order window, select supplier and Click on Find (Button)
4. Through action menu, tried to select "CLE Index Escalation Set"
