When creating document of record (DOR) and returning from Review screen back to create DOR screen, once the page is refreshed (for example by choosing Context for DFF or hitting the F5 key on the keyboard), the following error is received.

oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[2766 ].

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager creates a Document Of Record (DOR) for an Employee.
2. Prior to submitting for approval, Manager uses (application) back button to restart the DOR process.
3. A Refresh of the DOR page reveals the error being presented.
