TeleService - Performance Issue in Contact Center Notes When Query By Customer Account (Doc ID 2116257.1)

We are experiencing performance issue with Contact center Notes when you query by Customer Account in Upgraded instance.


(R) Service
(N) Customer Management >  Contact Center

 - Enter Account Number into the Acct Num field and press Enter
 - Press Notes tab

  => It takes about 20 – 30 minutes.

What is Working:

It may work fine in Release 12.0.x.
