Symptoms
When attempting to sync some users receive an error

Error reported: could not prepare statement (1 table CSM_CONTR_HEADERS has no column named ROW)
Steps To Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFS MP client (iOS version using Mobile layout)
2. Click on Sync button
3. Initiate a sync
4. Receive an alert that there were sync errors. Dismiss this error.
5. Within the Sync screen click on the History button in the top right corner.
6. View errors
