Some Accounting Sequences Cannot be Queried - No Data Found (Doc ID 2116625.1)

Symptoms

Some saved accounting sequences cannot be queried. For example when the sequence name starts with a number and the name includes characters too, the sequence cannot be found. However if the name begins with a character or includes just numbers - the sequence can be found. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All saved accounting sequences should be searched at will.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup > Financials > Sequence > Accounting > Define
3. Query the saved accounting sequence by full name, the record cannot be found.
4. Query the saved accounting sequence by part of name, the record can be found
