Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Unable to search units of measure(UOM) of 'Period' class in japanese session

Expected Behavior
Able to search units of measure of 'Period' class in japanese session

Steps
1. Login to EBS in Japanese session
2. INV(N)Setup > Units of Measure > Units of Measure
3. Click F11
4. Enter Class: 期間 (It means 'Period' in Japanese)
5. Click Ctrl+F11
6. No rows are searched

NOTE: There may be no error, or error Error-ORA-01403 AUCUNE DONEE TROUVEE INV_NO_CONVERSIONS2 may be seen.
